Please register below

• CEVA registration card (cevaregion.org) digital works
• Medical release form completed and signed

• 14's - born on or after July 1, 2009
• 16's - born on or after July 1, 2007
• 18's - born on or after July 1, 2005 OR born on September 1, 2004 AND a high school student.

Teams will be decided the night of try-outs and athletes will be contacted the following day.  Teams need to have a minimum of 10 players.

• 16's and/or 18's is $1200 (50% payable when join or January 1st; 50% by February 1st.
• 14's is $750 (50% payable when join or January 1st; 50% by February 1st)
• You can pay with cash, check, or Venmo
• t-shirt uniforms will be provided by the club.
